Rosie Soul began their rock-n-roll journey in 2011, touring the East Coast club scene. With their electrifying performances and soulful sound, they soon became the talk of the town in Richmond, VA, where they dominated the music scene. However, in 2015, the band's momentum came to a halt when Rosie was diagnosed with breast cancer. Despite this, Rosie Soul never lost their fighting spirit. Instead, they used their music to raise awareness about breast cancer and inspire others to keep fighting. While the band may have had to take a hiatus from touring, their message of strength and resilience lives on through their music. Since then, Rosie has beaten breast cancer and is healthy and happy. The timing never felt right for a return to the stage, until now. With so many challenges facing the world today, we could all use a little “Rosie” in our lives.
