The psychedelic rock outfit known as Rodeo formed in Washington DC in 2022 as a project to emphasize live shows focused on original music. The music boasts odd time signatures that combines the energy of psychedelic fuzz rock, with licks and melodies pulling from cosmic country and bluegrass. Rodeo is a combination of several American music trends seen in the last decade that remains accessible while also challenging and surprising listeners with extended improvisation and tight arrangements.
